Bio
Bruce was formerly the COO of a commercial office furniture dealership for twenty years and sold his interest in the dealership in 2003. That allowed him to pursue real estate development full-time. He joined Master Development where his duties included managing, selling and leasing several redevelopment projects primarily in Northeast and The North Loop of Minneapolis. Those projects include Soho, The Keg House on the Grain Belt Brewery campus, The Waterbury Building, Brookside Lofts, and 2112 West Broadway.
In 2009, Bruce joined the C. Chase Company as Vice President. There, he represented commercial clients selling, buying, and leasing their commercial properties. In 2015, he joined Avison Young as a Senior Vice President where he continues to advise both Landlords and Occupiers of Commercial properties in Minnesota and around the United States.
