Bruce Furniss is a 35-year commercial real estate sales and marketing executive. As a licensed California commercial real estate broker he has brokered and advised on over 160 transactions totalling over $1.5B. Furniss possesses extensive knowledge in the affordable and subsidized multifamily housing sub-specialty. He is familiar with the use of Multi-Housing Bonds, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and Multi-Family properties encumbered by a myriad of regulatory covenants, such as tenant income and rent restrictions, and various HUD regulatory programs. He commands the requisite skill, industry-knowledge and proficiency to navigate and execute the sale and restructuring of these financially-complex transactions.
