Bio
Bruce focuses on development, investment
sales, 1031 exchanges and office, medical,
and industrial leasing. Prior to joining Trinity
Partners, he practiced law for seven years. His
legal background, attention to detail and forwardthinking make him a uniquely effective advisor
for his clients. He brings a sense of humor to the
workplace and strikes the right balance between
hard work and fun.
Outside of work, Bruce serves on Columbia’s
Design & Development Review Commission, the
Hammond School Alumni Council, and as an
Ambassador for the South Carolina Ports Authority.
As a Port Ambassador, he works with the senior
management team to help increase public
awareness and understanding of SCSPA’s strategic
plan and initiatives. In his free time, he volunteers
with Camp Cole and is an avid reader.
Bruce grew up in Columbia and attended
Hammond School. He earned an undergraduate
degree in Business Administration from Southern
Methodist University and a J.D. from Charleston
School of Law.
