Bruce Lister joined IPO in 2008 after a productive career in the accounting and finance field and several years with a national brokerage firm that participated in the apartment industry and self-storage properties. Bruce made the full transition into this highly specialized multifamily brokerage field with IPO and has become one of the firm’s most significant producers. With a focus on expanding IPO’s client base in the Midwest region, he has successfully closed more than $1 Billion in transactional sales revenue. Bruce’s distinguished performance over the past 18 years has made him a highly recognized industry veteran and positioned him to attain the prestigious CCIM designation.
Bruce’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting from Central Michigan University and a Master of Finance from Walsh College. Bruce is a licensed sales associate in Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky.
