Bruce is a Senior Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and is a co-leader of the firm's national office group. He focuses on dispositions and recapitalizations of office assets located in Chicago and throughout the Midwest. Over the course of his career, he’s sold properties with a total value in excess of $16 billion.
Bruce was the recipient of the Greater Food Depository Award for Investment Broker of the year in 2008, 2012, 2015 and 2020, as well as the NAIOP Office Investment Transaction of the Year Award in 2012, 2018 and 2021. He was named to Crain’s Chicago Business Most Influential Real Estate Broker in Chicago list and inducted into Midwest Real Estate Journal’s Hall of Fame in 2018.
