Bruce Mulhearn was an entrepreneur in England before coming to America in 1958 at the age of 18. Three years later, he had obtained his real estate license, and in 1967,he established a one-person real estate office in Bellflower. This office quickly became one of the fastest-growing and most progressive real estate companies in California.
Our group has 20 locations and 800 full time sales associates covering Southern California from the San Fernando Valley to the High Desert, and from Los Angeles to the South Bay and Orange County. Integrity is paramount in everything we do. We endeavor to serve the needs of our buyers and sellers better than any other Realtor in the markets we serve with the most respected brand - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
Mr. Mulhearn's expertise in business and real estate has made him a valued author and speaker. In 1970, he helped develop the first G.R.I. course in California. He helped write C.R.B. courses, taught the first C.R.S. courses, and has been a contributing author on numerous books and magazine articles on the real estate industry.
