Bruce Shelby, Chief Executive Officer of Shelby/Estus Realty Group, Inc., has been a successful professional real estate developer, property manager and financial strategist since 1979. Before entering real estate, Bruce was a practicing CPA, having worked for national and international accounting firms in Washington D.C., Brussels and Houston. Shelby has been involved in the development and financing of income producing projects, including neighborhood and specialty retail centers, free standing developments, office building and multifamily developments. Bruce received his B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Georgetown University in 1979 and an International Business Degree from Stichting Nijenrode, Utrect Holland in 1978. He is a Texas Real Estate Broker and a CPA.
