Bruce Shepard was born in Manhattan and spent his formative years in Lawrence, Long Island. As a premier tenant broker he prides himself to “think like a retailer”. A graduate of New York University with a degree in Finance, Bruce has served on the planning committee for the ICSC for numerous years. Bruce has spent half his career in corporate real estate departments and the other half representing tenants as a broker and a consultant. He has 3 sons who all live and work in Manhattan.
