Broker with Sumner Properties. Bryan is a graduate of Athens Academy and holds a BBA from the University of Georgia in Real Estate. His career in leasing and managing properties began in college working for his Grandfather with Porterfield Development Company. After graduation, he went on to work at The Dovetail Companies where he managed the leasing of retail, office, and flex space developments across the Southeast and Texas. Throughout his career, Bryan has worked on projects such as The Markets at Epps Bridge, Sugarloaf, Anderson and Charlotte, The Terraces Office Park, The Hilton Garden Inn retail space and many others. These projects, among others, have exposed him to a vast array of development concepts and allowed him to become skilled at tenant negotiations and space acquisitions. Bryan's experience and work ethic enable him to find the perfect space for your needs or effectively lease your property while maximizing your profitability.
