Bryan Blythe joined Becknell Industrial as SVP - Development & Investments in October 2025.
In this role, Bryan plays a key part in executing Becknell’s acquisition and development strategies that drive the growth of the Company’s portfolio in the Southeast markets.
With more than 20 years of industrial real estate expertise from leadership roles at Prologis (formerly Liberty Property Trust), Crescent Communities, and Leon Capital Group, Bryan brings extensive experience working with both national and regional developers and investors. Throughout his career, Bryan has developed 37 industrial buildings totaling 6.75 million square feet across the Southeast and acquired 3.8 million square feet in the Carolinas.
Bryan received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Davidson College and his Master of Business Administration from UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School with concentrations in both real estate and corporate finance.
