Bryan Farquhar joined Lincoln Property Company in June 2023. Bryan is responsible for leading the Midwest Lincoln team efforts in identifying, procuring, and executing multi-family real estate development transactions.
Prior to joining Lincoln, he was the Chief Development Officer at Trilogy Real Estate Group. With 18 years of development and brokerage experience, Bryan has facilitated the procurement and development of 3,500+ multi-family units, and 4+ million SF of office and retail transactions. Prior to Trilogy, Bryan was Director of Real Estate Development for The Opus Group in Chicago, where he led development efforts, including land selection, purchase and sale negotiation, and project execution. He successfully re-established the firm’s development presence in suburban Chicago office product and led the multi-family platform in that market. Bryan began his real estate career with The Alter Group, responsible for procuring and executing student housing and office transactions.
