Bio
Bryan Fetherston is a life-long native of South Florida and was born into a family that has been actively involved in retail real estate for over five decades. As a partner of the Miami office, Bryan is responsible for tenant representation of some of South Florida’s best-known brands. A market-leading expert in strategy, site selection, lease negotiations, and land acquisition, Bryan’s roster of clients include both anchor and small shop retailers. His list of clients includes Costco, Home Depot, Michael’s, Aldi, Chipotle and Starbucks. Throughout his over two decades of experience, Bryan has developed a reputation for creative deal-making and impressive market knowledge. Bryan’s achievements include spearheading the original expansions of Chipotle and Aldi into South Florida, and completing over 55 transactions on behalf of Starbucks. He also takes a very active role in the mentorship of younger brokers within the office, co-leading the training program of rookie brokers.
Bryan joined the Company’s Miami office after graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning in 1999. In his spare time Bryan roots for success for FSU and the NY Giants. He is married with two children and enjoys playing basketball and golf when not in the office.
