Bryan Ottmers has been active in commercial real estate since 1980 in San Antonio and South Central Texas with a concentration on development and investment properties. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin in 1977, after attending Rice University in 1973.
Bryan has developed, owned, and managed over 1.5 million square feet of specialty retail, garden office, and office/service center space. His build-to-suit clients and retail users include: Chief Auto Parts, Southland Corporation, Kwik Wash Laundries, McDonald’s, Carl’s Jr., and others. He participated as a preferred Developer Group for Eckerd Drugs and has continued to do shopping center development in San Antonio and South Central Texas. Bryan is the President of the Property Management Division, which manages in excess of 2 million square feet annually. The management and leasing division is consistently ranked in the top three largest retail property management leasing firms in San Antonio, Texas.
In 2014, Bryan leased a total of 80,000 square feet of retail space, totaling $3,941,235 in gross rentals and $8,494,000 in sales. He is a member of the South Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, RECSA, CCIM, and ICSC.
