Bryan Swanson has been with Spirit Hospitality since the beginning of 2019. Starting as the Financial Controller, Bryan is now the Chief Executive Officer. Bryan’s background includes auditing for private and publicly traded companies, as well as working as an awarded financial professional for several Fortune 500 corporations achieving the GSD finance award in 2016. After running his own private business, Bryan decided to move back into the private sector and began working for Spirit Hospitality. Bryan obtained his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Finance from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. He enjoys spending time working on cars, exploring the outdoors, and actively participating in sports.
