Bio
Bryan joined the brokerage team at The Providence Group in 2007. After graduating from The McCallie School, Bryan attended the University of Virginia where he received a B.A. in Economics. Prior to his career in real estate, Bryan was Director of Operations at Circular Logic, a loyalty marketing company based in Charlotte with a focus on retail. Bryan’s retail experience includes site selection, project leasing, and investment sales. His experience on the site selection ranges from work with various national retailers,
such as McAlister’s Deli, MOD Pizza, TCBY, and Einstein Bros. Bagels, to local and regional tenants. Bryan has also worked with developers and landlords, both large and small, on projects throughout the Carolinas. His ability to focus on the client’s objectives helps him build lasting relationships. Bryan’s commitment to detail ensures positive results.
