As President of Investments and Acquisitions, Burton Metz works closely with all of Wangard’s partners to strategically and creatively meet their goals. Partners — including investors, tenants, communities, and Wangard employees — benefit from Burton’s expertise to develop innovative solutions to a complex real estate development and investment process.
His deep expertise in real estate development, entrepreneurial management and finance enables the customization of end-to-end real estate solutions for Wangard clients. He takes a unique approach and views each real estate project as its own business: he puts together the vision and dream of the project, curates a dynamic team around the vision, dives deep into the financing and capital sourcing, and strategically executes the business plan.
Burton is an active member of CARW and NAIOP, serves on the Boards of Directors of Beyond Vision and Animart Board, and is a member of the NAIOP Industrial and Office Trends Forum where he discusses national trends among other office and industrial development leaders.
