She joined Cresa in 2026 after serving on the Life Sciences Leasing team at Colliers, where she advised clients across Greater Boston and other major innovation markets. Her background also includes experience with Jones Lang LaSalle, further strengthening her ability to support life sciences occupiers as they navigate laboratory site selection, facility planning, and long-term portfolio strategy.
At Cresa, Mahoney contributes to an occupier-only advisory platform dedicated to helping companies at every stage of growth align their real estate needs with scientific, operational, and capital objectives.
