Caitlin Sudduth of Realty Executives Sudduth Realty in Augusta specializes in the Wichita area and South-Central Kansas, helping homebuyers (including first-time homebuyers) and sellers achieve the “next level” of their real estate journey.
Real estate is in Caitlin’s blood and “all in the family.” She followed in the footsteps of her father, longtime Realty Executives broker Mark Sudduth Sr. Caitlin launched her real estate career in 2012, setting out to rank among the best, and exceeding her goals year after year.
“Real estate is a very competitive business which I love, nothing pushes you to do better than competition! I took all my real estate classes at the age of 17 but had to wait until I was 18 to get my license. During that time, my father opened a Realty Executives franchise, so I started my career selling real estate with Realty Executives and I love it. Realty Executives has helped me become a nationally recognized top agent!” Caitlin explains.
Caitlin takes a personal approach to ensure she is approachable and available to each of her real estate clients. “I go over all paperwork in-depth so there are no surprises. I do that so that when we close, I have the happiest buyers/sellers,” Caitlin said.
