Caleb joined SHOP Houston as an Associate with a focus on both tenant representation and landlord representation. Prior to joining SHOP Houston, Caleb spent three and a half years at Weitzman, where he provided value for a diverse mix of tenants and landlords. During his time at Weitzman, he played a key role in the rapid expansion of Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers across Houston—assisting in thirteen new transactions and providing expert guidance to new franchisees entering the market.
Caleb’s experience is strengthened by extensive market knowledge, connections and networking skills, and three commercial real estate internships completed during college, which gave him early exposure to deal-making, client service, and the fundamentals of retail real estate. He currently represents a loyal client list that includes Boost Mobile and Tidal Wave Auto Spa, and he will be assisting with market rollout and location strategy for national brands such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sprouts Farmers Market, Taco Bell, Petco, and Ace Hardware.
Caleb graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in business management. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Person and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Outside the office, Caleb enjoys working out, staying active, and following anything related to sports.
