Bio
Callie joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (“SRG”) as Vice President in the Corporate Services Division. Callie is responsible for national portfolio management, strategic lease negotiations, and maintaining long-standing business relationships. She oversees publicly traded and private equity funded clients with locations in over 40 states. She has negotiated over 100 new leases, expansions, and renewals in office, flex, and retail properties in her time at SRG.
Prior to joining SRG, Callie was a Senior Leasing Representative at Northwood Retail in Dallas, Texas. During this time, she specialized in Landlord representation of 1.5 million square feet of retail in their Texas portfolio. She began her career at Deloitte in the Real Estate Financial Advisory division in Dallas, Texas. During this time, she served numerous Fortune 500 clients in major real estate transactions.
