Bio
Callum joined Harworth in January 2017 as an Assistant Asset Manager within the Business Space team, supporting the day-to-day management of the company’s business parks portfolio. A graduate of Nottingham Trent University with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate, Callum initially gained experience at an independent property auction firm in north Nottinghamshire. After returning from a year of extensive travel abroad, he began working towards his APC to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor. In August 2023, Callum was promoted to Development Manager, where he now leads on delivering strategic development projects across Harworth’s portfolio.
