Prior to joining Delancey Callum worked in the Occupational team at Newmark, having previously worked at BH2 in The City prior to their acquisition by Newmark in 2022. Callum had the benefit of working on a number of projects acting on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants, and in addition working alongside their Capital Markets team.
