Bio
Cam is a director of Development at the Kansas City office of Scannell Properties. He is responsible for site selection, land acquisition, entitlements and business development associated with projects throughout the United States. Cam is also responsible for growing the Kansas City office and fostering continued growth in markets across the country.
Prior to joining Scannell, Cam founded Logistics Realty Capital and Bird Dog Industrial, both entrepreneurial companies focused on investment, capital procurement, debt placement and development in the industrial real estate asset class. Cam started his career as an industrial real estate broker.
Cam earned a bachelor’s degree with a dual major in finance and real estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
