As President and Director of Sales and Marketing of the full service real
estate and development company, The Solution Group, Camilo has
helped shape its vision and execute its forward-looking strategy to build
its portfolio of ground-up residential projects with the cassa brand as its foundation. That vision is based on the idea that establishing a high
quality of life is the key ingredient to the success of a project.
Camilo has over 20 years of unparalleled experience in structuring and
selling real estate assets in Latin America and South Florida. He is a
licensed real estate salesperson with wide ranging experience in
international and domestic real estate transactions, including more than
$500 million in Florida alone.
Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Camilo started his career at a family
owned and managed international real estate office in his hometown.
After relocating to Miami in YEAR, he became Marketing Director of
Miami Brokers Ltda, one of the leading real estate brokerage firms in
Bogota.
Within a short time, he was leading the Florida Realty Group within
Fortune International Realty, where he closed a high volume of deals in
South Florida, Latin America and Europe. As part of his time there,
Camilo was intricately involved in the conceptualization of a major
commercial project in Asuncion, Paraguay, and a resort in Cartagena,
Colombia. In South Florida, he worked on the sell-out of several
residential projects including Celebrity Residences in Stuart, and the
successful condo conversion projects Pine Tree and The Twelve, both
located in Miami.
In addition to his work with The Solution Group, Camilo is also a
principal in development projects on the Gold Coast and in Bogota.
