CRERF is a Houston-based professional organization with over 100 members and has contributed significantly to improving the quality of research and data collection in Houston’s commercial real estate industry.
Collaborated with executive team to become the first local commercial real estate firm to track and report sublease and future available space. Enabling our clients with more options and negotiation power resulting in cost savings.
