Campbell Wickland is a Vice President responsible for leasing space in Mid-America’s retail property portfolio. She joined the Mid-America Asset Management Inc. team in February 2016 and specializes solely in Landlord representation.

Ms. Wickland has experience in a variety of product types including power centers, new construction outlot projects, traditional suburban and urban grocery anchored centers, mixed-use developments and street-front urban retail. Through her work, she has built strong relationships with clients, including major Pension Funds, REIT’s and Entrepreneurs, and retailers—both local and national.

Her responsibilities include developing appropriate merchandising plans for each shopping
center and actively marketing and negotiating retail space to new and existing tenants. Additional responsibilities for each property include creating deal specific analysis, overall property impact analysis and developing feasible execution plans.
Campbell is a graduate of Butler University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Advertising. She also received a minor in Spanish after spending a semester in Seville, Spain. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); serves on the board of ICSC Next Generation for the state of Illinois, and is involved in the Women in Retail Leasing (WIRL) Association.
