Candace has over 25 years of experience in the retail. real estate industry. She has represented Landlords and Tenants and skilled at negotiations on both sides of the table. She has represented some of the nations top retailers and brands including Regal Entertainment, Williams-Sonoma, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Rejuvenation Hardware, Athleta, LoveSac, Gap, Banana, Old Navy, Crate & Barrel and been a co-broker for Anthropologie, Free People and Parachute to name a few. In addition to representing retailers, she has worked on many notable projects in the NW including Pioneer Place, The Old Mill District in Bend Oregon, The Brewery Blocks in the Pearl District and in the past Bridgeport Village, and various high street properties on 23rd Ave as well as specialty projects and free standing properties in the market.
