Ms. Flig is responsible for all office leasing activities in the metro Atlanta region. In her twenty-four years in the commercial real estate industry, she has negotiated over $600 million in office lease transactions and over $500 million in sales. Ms. Flig has been an integral part of the development, leasing and marketing of several of Atlanta's premier office developments including Atlanta Plaza and The Forum. She also provides tenant representation services to both corporate and not-for-profit clients. Before joining Ben Carter Properties, she was a Vice President at Richard Bowers & Company and also operated her own firm, Segan Flig Real Estate Services, Inc.
