Senior Director - Real Estate -Central-West. Responsible for eight direct reports in the Austin and San Antonio market. Austin and San Antonio have over 15,000 units. I am responsible for the oversight of the communities and city performance. Ensure we are meeting our clients goals on their assets and continue to grow the Greystar presence in the Austin market. I am proficient in asset preservation, repositioning communities, lease-ups, renovations, value add and stabilized communities. This includes budgeting, accomplishing financial goals, leadership goals and ensuring that a high level of customer service is always provided. Proficient in Word, Excel, MRI , Yardi,, Onesite, Yieldstar and LRO and various budgeting software programs, etc. Expert knowledge in REIT environments, 3rd party real estate as well as the private sector.
