Bio
Candy Dennis joined Block Real Estate Services (BRES) in 2015 as a Senior Property Manager, and transferred to Block Multifamily Group (BMG) in February 2018 as Director of Business Development. She originally began her property management career in 1980, and throughout this time, Candy has been involved in many aspects of investment real estate including serving as an on-site manager, regional manager, and director of property management. In addition, she was successful in securing approximately $60 million in equity from individuals, corporations, and pension funds on a national basis through a network of national broker/dealer firms for the purpose of purchasing real estate. She also oversaw Investor Relations with 6,000 investors. As Director of New Business for BMG, her responsibilities are to development new relationships, and secure third-party management accounts.
