Cape Bell is a Senior Vice President with the Industrial Services group at CBRE. Mr. Bell has experience in the many different areas of commercial real estate from tenant and landlord representation to asset acquisition, development and disposition and has completed hundreds of transactions valued at over $400 million.
Since joining CBRE, Cape has focused on growing his team’s investor portfolio through development and asset acquisition as well as national tenant advisory business. Cape’s professional background have provided him the skill set to consistently bring measurable value to his clients.
Prior to joining CBRE Cape was a Director within Cushman & Wakefield Industrial Services group., before that, Cape held the role of intern at Staubach Company where he researched client data and compiled and maintained market information.
