Cara is a Vice President in CBRE's Consulting Group. In this position she provides analytic and advisory services and solutions to the commercial brokerage team. Her responsibilities include developing real estate strategies and creating complex financial models to analyze the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned assets. These models are customized to reflect each client’s reporting practices (i.e., P&L basis for public companies, earnings basis for partnerships such as law firms, etc.) and become vital decision making tools for “C-Suite” executives as they convey the true impact of real estate decisions on a company’s bottom line
