Carl is a licensed Massachusetts real estate sales person with a background of industrial property management and utilization. He has accumulated over 20 years management experience in commercial and industrial operations. By virtue of his various assignments Carl acquired expertise in company start ups, transitioning operations, design, development and site management. He prepared and managed million dollar budgets and capital projects. He demonstrated expertise in reducing cost expenditures of facility operations. His studies of practical industrial problems provided him with a solid understanding of EPA, FDA, OSHA, ISO 9001, GMP and other standards, guidelines and regulatory compliances, including building and fire codes. He has a superior knowledge of local, state and federal regulations governing emissions, wastewater, hazardous waste and workplace safety.
