Carl Eriksen is an Executive Vice President at CBRE, with more than 30 years of experience in national corporate real estate representation, consisting of account management and the development and implementation of real estate strategies.
Since joining CBRE (formerly Insignia/ESG) in 2001, Carl has become one of the most active and highly-respected brokers in the Tri-State Region—consistently ranked among its top real estate professionals—and has received CBRE New Jersey’s top office broker recognition on many occasions. Notably in 2014, Carl was named CBRE New Jersey’s Top Producing Broker and was invited to the CBRE Top 250 Conference, for the fifth time. He was also named one of New Jersey’s “Top Power Brokers” by CoStar and received Mack-Cali’s Largest Office Lease Award in Westchester County, New York.
Prior to joining CBRE, Carl was the principal in charge of the day-to-day operations for CPC, a national tenant representation company with a primary focus on managing working relationships with various corporate accounts.
