Carl was born and raised in Texas. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA in Marketing. Carl served in the Army with the 82nd Airborne Division from 91-95 and the Army National Guard in Kingsville from 95-99. Carl started his Real Estate career in 2001 as a Salesperson and in 2004 received by Broker License in Harlingen, TX. Carl has served in many positions at the local Realtor Association area while in South Texas.
