Carl started the current company in 2000, adding the real estate division first, followed by the title company. A Miamian since age 2, his career prior to opening his own company was in finance. Beginning as a branch manager for NationsBank, he climbed the corporate ladder there and at Bank of America and Citibank, where as a vice president, he was assigned to be the team leader for Florida to increase their asset position on a national level. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Florida International University and a master's in business administration from the University of Miami. He is President of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, Miami.
