Carl is the President of Coastal Realty & Acquisition Services, Inc., and specializes in real-estate related consulting services to local governments and individual investors. Carl has over twenty-five years of real estate experience, primarily in the commercial and eminent domain fields. Carl also provides appraisal services to mortgage lenders, investors, accountants and attorneys thru his appraisal firm of Velie Appraisal Services. Carl has been a licensed real estate broker for over 20 years and is also a Florida State Certified General Appraiser. Carl has been a member of the local Board of REALTORS for the past 10 years. He formerly served as President of the East Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is currently serves on numerous national committees for the Appraisal Institute.
