As a property manager with Carleton Management since 1997, Carla O’Dell provides on-site management and leasing services for Art Center Lofts in East Village and also manages the retail portfolio in Mission Hills and Hillcrest.
Carla is an active member of the Downtown San Diego Partnership where she serves on the Events Committee as well as the Hillcrest Business Association where she serves on the Beautification Committee. Carla is also an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and is working toward her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and holds a California Real Estate License.
Carla was born and raised in San Diego and is married and has three children and a grandson. In her spare time she loves to spend time in the outdoors off-roading, traveling, camping and boating.
