A second generation Floridian and local resident for over 50 years, Carla has seen our paradise grow from a scattering of sleepy fishing towns into the beautiful coastal communities we enjoy today.
Her focus on excellence, knowledge of the area, attention to detail, and vast network of contacts make the perfect combination for success, and have launched her Real Estate team to #1 in Sales and Listings for both Rotonda West and Englewood.
Carla’s passion for customer satisfaction led her clients and peers to vote for her to receive the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award for Best in Customer Satisfaction every year since 2008. Her number one goal is to provide her customers with exceptional service in order to ensure that their overall real estate experience is positive and effortless, which makes this award a true honor for her.
After earning her Real Estate License in 2002, Carla earned her Associate Broker’s license, ePro Internet Specialist Certification, and Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Certification.
Further highlighting her commitment to excellence, she was named Realtor® of the Year, received the Women’s Council of Realtors® (WCR), Exceptional Realtor® Award every year since 2009, and Entrepreneur of the year. She is active in the industry, as a member of the WCR, was a Director for the Englewood Area Board of Realtors®, and served on the MLS Committee for four years.
She was also inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and is a member of the RE/MAX Diamond Club, an accomplishment that less than 4% of RE/MAX Realtors receive worldwide!
Carla and her husband enjoy spending time with their family, especially their six grandchildren, and love life on the water and all it has to offer!
