Carlos Rainwater is Head of Asset Management and Senior Managing Director at Crow Holdings Capital and serves as a member of the CHC Investment Committee. Carlos has been associated with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 1988 and was Controller for the Trammell Crow Company Dallas-Fort Worth Office Group.
Prior to joining Crow Holdings, Carlos was with the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Company in Dallas, Texas for three years.
Carlos served as a Board member on the Advisory Council for the Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business. He is also a current member of the Urban Land Institute. Carlos received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
