Carlos Ramirez, holds degree in Finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate, from the University of Southern California. As a founding member of The Hawthorne Group, Carlos brings a strong analytical background in finance, over eleven years of experience in the real estate industry, and an extensive knowledge of the Bay Area marketplace. His real estate career began at the Los Angeles office of the Seeley Company; a division of Colliers International, where he assisted the top two investment brokers in the presentation and valuation of all types of investment properties. A career advancement followed at Fremont Investment & Loan, where he was promoted from Analyst to Assistant Vice President, and closed over $100 million in business. A desire to enhance his real estate leasing and sales skills led him to Coldwell Banker Commercial of San Francisco, where he also gained insight into the local market. Carlos’s knowledge of finance and real estate investment protocol makes him an integral member of the team at THG.
