He believes everyone deserves a safe and reliable home, and he doesn’t believe the home-buying process should be intimidating. As a Spinell Homes supervisor, he ensures this happens by overseeing the home-building process from start to finish, making sure every step passes inspection. For homeowners, Carlos is available for questions during every step and enjoys doing the final walk-through and seeing their smiles as they look at their new home.
Every home Spinell Homes builds is unique and caters to the homeowner; they don’t believe in the term “cookie cutter.” His coworkers at Spinell Homes are like family to him, and he enjoys working for a company with strong values and a commitment to Alaskans. In his supervisor position at Spinell Homes, Carlos coordinates jobs with subcontractors, supervises side jobs, coordinates inspections, completes walk-throughs, and oversees their staff.
Carlos has been blessed with three beautiful women in his life—his wife and two daughters. They keep his life interesting as they spend time enjoying the Alaska outdoors, camping, fishing, hiking, and traveling.
