Carlos Silguero is a commercial real estate broker and advisor focused on healthcare and medical office assets throughout Southern California. Backed by more than seven years of experience across brokerage, asset management, and transaction advisory, he delivers an institutional-level approach to medical office leasing, investment sales, and owner-user acquisitions.
His prior experience includes roles at CoStar Group (Ten-X), CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked alongside institutional teams on nationally distributed transactions and portfolios. In addition to his brokerage practice, Carlos serves as a part-time real estate educator at UCLA.
Carlos has managed and analyzed complex commercial real estate transactions across medical office, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use assets. He has experience in underwriting, due diligence, valuation analysis, lease review, and advising clients on acquisition, disposition, and long-term asset strategy.
