The foundation of my professional experience is built on an education in hospitality management. I have been actively engaged in the sale and rental of real property for over 10 years. Prior to residential real estate, I was employed by Tishman Speyer Properties in New York City leasing spaces for VIP tenants and high value events. Personally, I have experience as a landlord, property manager, real estate investor and vacation rental proprietor (on Greenwood Lake in NY).
As a licensee in both New York and New Jersey, I understand the particularities of the transaction process in both states.
