Carly Geller joined Newmark’s West Los Angeles office in 2020 after having transferred from Newmark’s Manhattan office.
Carly specializes in retail leasing, focusing on Tenant and Landlord representation alike. She works closely with both emerging and established retailers as well as landlords and developers. With a vast knowledge of New York City and Los Angeles, Carly is able to help tenants create a bicoastal presence to appropriately reflect their brand’s identity on the west coast. Within LA, Carly specializes in the neighborhoods of West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice, Malibu, Brentwood, and Culver City.
Carly began her career in 2015 at RKF, a New York-based retail real estate brokerage and investment firm, which was then acquired by Newmark. In 2020, Carly was recognized as Newmark’s “Rising Star” for her outstanding work within the retail leasing division.
