Carlyn began her career in the real estate industry in 2013 as a business developer at a national consulting engineering firm, where she became familiar with our market’s properties and players. Prior to entering real estate field, Carlyn spent over six years as a strategic marketing consultant, where she helped professional service firms grow by building their brand and reputation with targeted audiences. Carlyn brings her creativity, energy and network to bring the best solutions to her clients. Recognized as a leader and a doer, Carlyn has long history of volunteering and getting active with industry and community organizations. This includes recently serving two consecutive terms as President of Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) Maryland Suburban Chapter. A D.C. area native, Carlyn graduated from Radford University with a Bachelors in Communications.
