Carmen A. Cook, Broker, SRES, is a seasoned real estate professional with more than two decades of full-time brokerage experience in the state of Oregon. Licensed since 1999, she has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of residential markets, with particular expertise in the rapid growth and evolving dynamics of Central Oregon and Deschutes County.
Carmen holds degrees in Environmental Science and Business from the University of Oregon and the University of North Dakota. This academic foundation provides her with strong analytical insight and a deep appreciation for the environmental and economic forces that influence real estate markets.
Her professional perspective is further shaped by her early life in a resort community in Northern Minnesota, where she was influenced by a family deeply rooted in entrepreneurship, sales, business, and the building trades. Having lived on both sides of the Cascade Mountain Range—and in Bend for the past 33 years—Carmen brings firsthand knowledge of Oregon’s diverse communities and lifestyle offerings.
