Carmen Facciolo became a partner at Emory Hill in 1983 and currently serves as President of the company.
Carmen brings extensive experience in the sales and leasing of industrial and commercial real estate, supported by a strong background in construction and development. His professional experience includes prior roles with The Jackson Cross Company and Facciolo Construction. He has served on the Board of Directors of the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce and the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Mary Campbell Center, where he also serves on the golf committee for the annual Charmie Welch Open fundraiser.
Carmen is a graduate of Widener University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business, as well as a Master of Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate agent and broker of record in Delaware and New Jersey.
