Since her career in real estate began in 2015, steady and consistent, our founder Carmen Medina delivered as a top agent while working a part-time job. She moved out of the corporate world to fully immerse herself in the real estate business in 2019, demonstrating her entrepreneurial side at full throttle since then.
Since her early days in real estate, Carmen joined the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), for which she holds distinguished designations such as CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and GRI (Graduate from the Realtors Institute). Eager in her interest in going up the ladder of voluntarism and leadership, she held various positions prior to became the first female President of the Puerto Rico chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®). Currently serves as Director for the Board of Trustees of the Realtors Institute of Education in Puerto Rico, and is a dedicated member within various committes.
