Touring stately homes rich in history and elegant architecture sparked his love for mansions and their bygone era. Outside of real estate, Carmine spends time with his family and actively orchestrates charity events and fundraisers. He serves as a Board Member at Cove Animal Rescue in Glen Cove, NY, and was a Volunteer Lieutenant for the Locust Valley Fire Department, where he served as an active Firefighter and AMT.
